Peterite ex. Cadet Air Vice Marshal. Camillus Labrooy bids farewell to Sri Lanka Air Force. 

On 16 July 2021 a talented and gallant son of St. Peter's College, Air Vice Marshal. Camillus B. Labrooy WWV, RSP, USP, ndc (Ban) hdmc (India) Master of Management Studies (Osmania University)  bidding farewell to Sri Lanka Air Force.

Air Vice-Marshal. Labrooy was a college cadet from 1983 to 1985 and was the platoon Sergeant in the year 1985. He enlisted Sri Lanka Air Force with officer cadet intake number 16 in 1986.

During his tenure as an officer he has excelled and in his scope of duties both in areas of his attachments with training establishments and combat duties attachments at forward defense theaters. The officer during his time with SLAF has had the privilege of being selected to follow advanced training nationally and internationally.

Highest decorated officer at his time, Air Vice Marshal. Labrooy - prior to his retirement was seen holding office as Director Ground Operations (DGO), Sri Lanka Air Force as well as a Member, Board of  Management, Sri Lanka Air Force.
