Mr. Austin L. Fernando

Though records are not available, St. Peter’s maintained a high degree of efficiency as before, working hard to achieve this end. Mr. Austin L. Fernando was appointed as the Junior Officer. In 1954, Capt. J. P. E. Dias was promoted to rank of Major and was placed as Second in Command of the First Battalion of Ceylon Cadet Corps.
