Mr. J. P. E. Dias

It is a noteworthy mention that though Lieutenant Anghie left St. Peter’s, that he occasionally visited to instruct College Cadet contingent. The result was evident when the Junior Cadets under Second Lieutenant Justin A. Perera emerged as shooting champions at a competition camp held at Kandy Military Barracks. The Same year saw Lieutenant Justin leaving St. Peter’s College and Mr. J. P. E. Dias was appointed to succeed him.
